I deal on a day to day basis with Anchem and have for the past 20 years. Their products and services are second to none. In particular, their flexibility and capability to come up with customer specific solutions in a timely manner is impressive. They come highly recommended by me.

Excellence by Association

We have all heard the current theory that you are the average of the Five People you spend time with. So, what does this look like from a business perspective? After some consideration I decided to take a look (as a company) at the five groups we associate with the most.

Anchem’s Five were easy to identify, and lead me to believe that we have achieved, Excellence by Association.

Our Customers, one of Anchem’s founding beliefs is in creating partnerships. We strive not to just be another supplier; we build partnerships with our customers. Through these partnerships we achieve mutual success and pursue opportunities that foster growth. At the base of every successful relationship are shared values and our customers share our core values of Safety, Commitment & Responsibility.

Ontario Geothermal Association OGA, is a not-for-profit organization representing geothermal energy system designers, drillers, installers, equipment manufacturers and distributors to advance Ontario’s geothermal heating and cooling industry. OGA is an affiliated association of HRAI. HRAI is a national association that represents more than 1,300 heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVACR) manufacturers, wholesalers and contractors. (Our February blog will share our experiences at the OGA show taking place Feb 21-22.)

Pool & Hot Tub Council of Canada PHTCC is a national, not-for-profit association of companies, organisations and individuals involved in the aquatic leisure industry. Members include builders and contractors, retailers, service providers, manufacturers and distributors of swimming pools, hot tubs and water feature products. Members also include public pool operators and related safety organisations. We have participated in our local chapter, and even had the honour of being a judge in the 2015 Design & Construction Awards.

Responsible Distribution Canada RDC is a non-profit trade association for the distribution sector of the Canadian chemical industry.  We are proud to be verified to the Responsible Distribution code of Practice and to serve this association on the Board of Directors and through committee participation.

Family Enterprise Xchange (previously Canadian Association of Family Enterprises CAFÉ) provides business families with support, best practices, world class education and resources to help navigate their journey, regardless of  age, size or complexity of their family enterprise. We are pleased to have two Graduates from their Future Leader Program, and a team member who has continued to be active in the PAG program for 6 years.

With our Five; Amazing Customers and these excellent associations:  Ontario Geothermal Association, Responsible Distribution Canada, Canadian Association of Family Enterprises and Pool and Hot Tub Council of Canada, I think it’s easy to see why we have become known for having competitive pricing perfectly paired with outstanding customer service.
